Phospho-EGFR (Tyr1197)In-Cell ELISA

From Assay Genie, this In-Cell ELISA kit enables qualitative detection of phosphorylated EGFR at Tyr1197 in plated and fixed cells using a colorimetric method read at 450 nm. It is designed for Cell-Based ELISA workflows and shows reactivity with human (Y1197), mouse (Y1197) and rat (Y1196) samples.

The assay requires a minimum of 5000 cells per well and can be completed in 4.5 hours. Reagents are guaranteed stable at 4°C for 6 months. EGFR is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds epidermal growth factor and related ligands, mediating downstream signalling through receptor dimerization and autophosphorylation. The target is also known by the synonyms Epidermal growth factor receptor, Proto-oncogene c-ErbB-1, Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-1, EGFR and ERBB1.
