Phospho-AKT/GSKß/mTor PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1746)

The Phospho-AKT/GSK-3β/mTOR multiplex phosphorylation ELISA from Assay Genie simultaneously quantifies three key signaling nodes of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway — phosphorylated AKT (Ser473), GSK-3β (Ser9), and mTOR (Ser2448) — from a single lysate preparation. Profiling these three phospho-epitopes in parallel reduces hands-on time versus running individual singleplex plates and conserves precious biological material, which is particularly valuable when working with primary cells or limited biopsy tissue. Each kit is supplied as a microplate with pre-coated capture antibodies, recombinant phosphoprotein standards, and chromogenic detection reagents, and is validated for cell lysates and tissue lysates. A 100 uL sample volume is loaded per well alongside the standard curve, and absorbance is read on a standard plate reader.
