PGP9.5 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA kit enables qualitative measurement of PGP9.5 (also known as ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L1, UCHL1) protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format: PGP9.5 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm. The kit is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It is intended for use with adherent cells and includes a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control for normalization, together with a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method for adjusting absorbance values to cell density.
