PFDN1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA kit provides a sensitive, lysate-free method for qualitative detection of PFDN1 (prefoldin subunit 1) protein expression directly in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which PFDN1 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction at 450 nm. It is designed for measuring the relative amounts of PFDN1 in cultured cells and for screening the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on PFDN1.

The kit is reactive with human and mouse samples, is suitable for adherent cells, and runs on a 96-well microplate format with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.
