Description
Assay Genie’s colorimetric ELISA is intended for the quantitative, free-drug measurement of Pembrolizumab (Keytruda®) in human serum and plasma. The solid-phase sandwich method uses an HRP conjugate and chromogenic substrate, with results determined using the standard curve.
This therapeutic drug monitoring assay requires 10 μl of sample and has a total time of 140 min. Its stated detection limit is 20 ng/mL, spike recovery is 85-115%, and shelf life is 1 year.
