PEK/PERK Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

The colorimetric assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which PEK/PERK is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, supporting both qualitative measurement of relative PEK/PERK levels and screening the effects of various treatments, siRNA, or chemical activators and inhibitors.
