PDK1 (Phospho-Ser241)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit enables qualitative detection of phosphorylated PDK1 at Ser241 in cultured cells using an indirect ELISA format. Target protein is captured by a phospho-Ser241-specific primary antibody, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining can be used to normalize absorbance readings to cell density.
