PAK2 (Phospho-Ser192)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this in-cell ELISA kit is designed for the detection and quantification of PAK2 phosphorylated at Ser192 in cultured cells. Using a lysate-free, cell-based format, the assay captures PAK2 (Phospho-Ser192) with a phospho-specific primary antibody, followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody that catalyses a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm.

Reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, the kit supports a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and is intended for use with adherent cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalisation, and the Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method may be used to determine cell density. The kit enables measurement of relative PAK2 phosphorylation in cultured cells and screening of the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) or activators on PAK2 phosphorylation.
