PAK2 (Phospho-Ser141)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit uses a fluorometric detection method to monitor PAK2 phosphorylation and expression profile in cells. The kit is lysate-free, high throughput, and sensitive, designed for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated PAK2 in cultured cells and for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on PAK2 phosphorylation.

Detection is achieved through an indirect ELISA approach in which dye-conjugated secondary antibodies emit light upon excitation, allowing a fluorometric readout. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target RFU values, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of PAK2 is provided for additional normalization. The assay has a dynamic range of > 5000 cells and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended storage is at 4°C with a shelf life of 6 months.
