p90 RSK (Phospho-Thr573)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit provides colorimetric detection of p90 RSK phosphorylated at Thr573 in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies capture the protein and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies generate a measurable colorimetric signal at 450 nm, and it is validated for use with human, mouse and rat samples.

Designed as a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow for adherent cells, the kit reports a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to determine cell density so that absorbance values can be adjusted for plating differences. The target corresponds to the RPS6KA1 gene product, a serine/threonine kinase of the RSK family that is involved in cell signalling pathways regulating cell growth, proliferation and survival.
