p44/42 MAP Kinase (Phospho-Thr202)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the qualitative detection of phosphorylated p44/42 MAP Kinase (Phospho-Thr202) in adherent cell samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells.

Detection follows an indirect ELISA format in which p44/42 MAP Kinase (Phospho-Thr202) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, then bound by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.
