p38 MAPK (Phospho-Tyr322)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this fluorometric cell-based ELISA kit provides a lysate-free, high-throughput method for monitoring phosphorylation of p38 MAPK at Tyr322 and measuring relative amounts of phosphorylated p38 MAPK in cultured cells. The kit is suitable for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) and activators on p38 MAPK phosphorylation.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies are detected by Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies, enabling fluorometric readout at Ex/Em 651/667 nm and 495/521 nm. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing RFU values, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of p38 MAPK is provided for further normalization. The kit is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells, and is stored at 4 °C for 6 months. The target gene is MAPK14 (Gene ID 1432, UniProt Q16539).
