Omalizumab (Xolair®) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s colorimetric free-drug ELISA is intended for research use only and is designed for the quantitative determination of omalizumab (Xolair®) in serum and plasma. It uses a solid-phase sandwich ELISA format with an HRP conjugate and chromogen substrate; the colour developed is proportional to the amount of omalizumab in the sample or standard.

The stated detection limit is 10 ng/mL, with spike recovery of 85-115%. Required sample volume is 10 µL and total assay time is 70 min. Results can be determined directly using the standard curve.
