Nuclear Factor 1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

This cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the qualitative detection of Nuclear Factor 1 protein in cultured cells, offering a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow. Detection is achieved by an indirect ELISA format in which Nuclear Factor 1–specific primary antibodies are bound by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, with a colorimetric readout at 450 nm following substrate addition.

The kit is validated for Human, Mouse, and Rat reactivity and is supplied in a 96-Well Microplate format with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It can be used to measure relative expression levels of Nuclear Factor 1 in cultured cells and to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is provided to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences. Recommended storage is 4°C for up to 6 Months.
