NRF1 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

The NRF1 (Nuclear Respiratory Factor 1) Transcription Factor Activity Assay from Assay Genie is a quantitative, colorimetric DNA-binding ELISA that measures the DNA-binding activity of active NRF1 in nuclear extracts. The microplate is pre-coated with a double-stranded oligonucleotide containing the NRF1 consensus response element, capturing NRF1 protein from cell lysates and nuclear fractions. Bound transcription factor is detected colorimetrically, producing a signal proportional to NRF1 activity in the sample.
