NR1I3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

The Assay Genie Cell-Based ELISA Kit provides a sensitive, lysate-free workflow for measuring relative NR1I3 protein levels in cultured human cells. Using an indirect ELISA format with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and a colorimetric readout at 450 nm, the kit supports high-throughput screening of treatments, inhibitors, or activators that influence NR1I3 expression. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and the Crystal Violet staining solution enables cell-density normalization after the HRP reaction. The assay has a dynamic range of more than 5000 cells, and kit components are stored at 4°C with a 6-month stability.

NR1I3 is a nuclear receptor predominantly expressed in liver and mapped to chromosomal region 1q23.3 (UniProt Q14994; Gene ID 9970). The protein belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family, NR1 subfamily, and is annotated as a DNA-binding transcription factor involved in the regulation of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism.
