NKX6.3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

This Cell-Based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the qualitative detection of NKX6-3 protein expression in cultured cells using a colorimetric readout at 450 nm. The indirect ELISA format is lysate-free and uses target-specific primary antibodies with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, making it suitable for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on NKX6-3 expression.

Reactive with Human and Mouse samples, the kit has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and is intended for adherent cells in a 96-Well Microplate format. An anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to normalize absorbance values to cell density.
