Description
Designed for quantitative analysis, this Assay Genie colorimetric ELISA measures free nivolumab in serum and plasma samples.
The solid-phase sandwich assay uses wells coated with reactant for nivolumab, followed by washing, an HRP-conjugated probe, further incubation and washing, and chromogen-substrate detection. Colour development is proportional to the amount of nivolumab in the sample or standards, and results can be determined directly from the standard curve.
The stated specifications are required volume 10 µL, total time 70 min, detection limit 10 ng/mL, spike recovery 85-115%, and shelf life 1 year.
