NF-kB p65 (Phospho-Ser536)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive Cell-Based Phospho ELISA is designed to monitor NF-kB p65 phosphorylation and expression profiles in cultured cells. The kit allows researchers to measure the relative amounts of phosphorylated NF-kB p65 (Ser536) and to screen the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on RELA phosphorylation.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which NF-kB p65 (Phospho-Ser536) is captured by phospho-specific primary antibodies, while Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies enable fluorometric detection. For normalization, a monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH serves as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of the target is also provided.

The kit reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, and is stored at 4°C with 6 months stability. Fluorescent readout requires a plate reader equipped with two channels at Ex/Em: 651/667 and 495/521.
