NF-kB p65 (Phospho-Ser311)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's fluorometric cell-based ELISA kit is designed to monitor NF-kB p65 phosphorylation and expression profiles in cultured cells, offering a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which the target is captured by NF-kB p65 (Phospho-Ser311)-specific primary antibodies, with Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies enabling fluorometric readout at Ex/Em 651/667 and 495/521.

It can be applied to measure the relative amounts of phosphorylated NF-kB p65 (Phospho-Ser311) in cells and to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on RELA phosphorylation. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart is provided for normalization of RFU values. The kit is reactive with Human and Mouse samples, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.
