NF-kappaB p100/p52 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the qualitative detection of NF-kappaB p100/p52 protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies capture NF-kappaB p100/p52, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyse a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.
