NETosis ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie NETosis ELISA Sampler Kit is configured as a 4 x 48 well plate bundle, combining immunoassays that quantify the principal biomarkers released during neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation. Targets profiled include citrullinated histone H3 (H3Cit), myeloperoxidase (MPO), neutrophil elastase (NE), and circulating nucleosome complexes implicated in sepsis, autoimmune vasculitis, thrombosis, and COVID-19 related immunopathology research. Each ELISA microplate is supplied with capture antibody pre-coated wells, detection antibody, standard, and substrate reagents sufficient for in vitro quantification workflows using human-derived clinical research samples and cell culture supernatant. The bundle lets laboratories evaluate NETosis signatures across multiple analytes in parallel without committing to a single-analyte kit, streamlining method development for translational immunology and biomarker discovery programs.
