Necroptosis ELISA Sampler Kit

The sampler kit bundles 3 individual 48-well plates into one package, enabling researchers to profile key necroptosis signalling proteins — RIPK1, RIPK3, and MLKL — in parallel from a single experimental batch.

Each plate ships as a complete microplate immunoassay with pre-coated wells, lyophilised recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate; the recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well with absorbance read on a standard plate reader.

The capture antibodies are human-specific with no significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat orthologues.

Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles, while all other components are kept refrigerated. Assay Genie's sampler format provides separate standard curves for each target, so quantitative inter-pathway comparison is feasible within one study.
