NBL1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the qualitative detection of NBL1 protein levels in cell samples. It is a lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive assay that can detect the NBL1 protein expression profile in cells, using a 96-Well Microplate format with colorimetric detection at 450 nm. The kit is reactive with human samples, suitable for adherent cells, and has a dynamic range of > 5000 cells.

The assay follows an indirect ELISA format: NBL1 is captured by NBL1-specific primary antibodies, while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, allowing the HRP enzyme to catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and the Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method may be used to determine cell density. The kit is stored at 4°C with a stated stability of 6 months.
