Natalizumab (Tysabri®)Antibody screening - Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s Natalizumab (Tysabri®) antibody-screening qualitative ELISA kit is designed for the qualitative determination of antibodies to natalizumab in serum and plasma samples. It uses a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle, with colorimetric detection.

Controls and serum or plasma samples are incubated in a microtiter plate coated with natalizumab. After washing, a horseradish peroxidase-conjugated probe is added to bind captured natalizumab antibodies. Following further washing, bound enzymatic activity is detected with a chromogen substrate, and the reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution.

The developed colour is proportional to the amount of natalizumab antibodies in the samples or controls, and results are evaluated using a cutoff value. The required volume is 10µl, the total time is 140 minutes, and the listed shelf life is 1 year.
