NA/NE/Noradrenaline/Norepinephrine ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of NA/NE/Noradrenaline/Norepinephrine across a broad range of biological samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a competitive ELISA format with antigen-coated wells and a colourimetric readout based on HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The kit is rated for universal reactivity and reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL with a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity (n=10) across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 92-105%, 84-100% and 80-98% for serum; 86-96%, 84-97% and 82-100% for EDTA plasma; and 90-105%, 82-95% and 83-96% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery (n=10) ranged from 85-101% (average 94%) in serum, 87-104% (average 93%) in EDTA plasma, and 91-105% (average 97%) in heparin plasma. The kit should be stored sealed at 2-8°C and not cryopreserved.
