Murine TNF- alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the detection of murine TNF-alpha in serum and cell culture supernatants, using a colorimetric readout. The kit is part of the PharmaGenie range developed for pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, and pairs a highly optimised monoclonal antibody with a purified recombinant protein standard. Reagents are validated to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems and standards are calibrated against NIBSC reference material.

Manufacturer specifications report an assay range of 31.25 pg/ml - 1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 25 pg/ml. The protocol uses a 100 µl sample volume with a total incubation time of 3h45. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant murine TNF-alpha and shows no cross-reactivity with other murine cytokines tested. The kit contains pre-coated strip plates, biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagent and a detailed procedure.
