Murine IL17A PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this is a Sandwich ELISA kit intended for the detection of murine IL-17A in research samples. It uses a colorimetric detection method and is designed for mouse reactivity, with cell culture supernatant and serum tested and other body fluids noted as suitable.

The manufacturer states an assay range of 15.6 pg/ml to 500 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 4.6 pg/ml, with a recommended sample volume of 50 µl. Total incubation time is 2h45. The kit recognises both natural and recombinant murine IL-17A, and no cross reactivity with other cytokines tested is reported.
