Murine IL-2 ELISpot Kit

Beyond standard ELISA detection, this ELISpot plate format quantifies individual IL-2-secreting mouse T cells as discrete spots, counted by an automated reader. The assay supports vaccine research, autoimmune disease models, and T cell functional studies using splenocyte or lymph node cell preparations, with cell culture supernatants and serum accepted as inputs. Each microplate arrives pre-coated with capture antibody, and the colorimetric readout reports spot frequency as a measure of cellular activation. Reagents from Assay Genie are intended for research use only and are processed under routine incubation and wash conditions in an in vitro workflow.
