The Assay Genie Murine IFN-gamma ELISpot Pair delivers the matched capture and detection antibodies required to enumerate interferon-gamma secreting cells at single-cell resolution, supporting immunology, vaccine, and infectious disease research.

IFN-gamma is a hallmark Th1 cytokine released by activated CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes and NK cells, and ELISpot remains the preferred assay format for measuring antigen-specific cytokine-producing cells after in vitro stimulation of splenocytes or lymphoid cell suspensions.

Mouse-specific reagents are validated for cell culture supernatants and serum with a 100 uL sample volume per well; store refrigerated at 4 degrees C to preserve binding activity. The pair is supplied as a research use only reagent set, compatible with PVDF-bottomed microplates and standard ELISpot readers for spot enumeration.
