Murine IFN-gamma ELISpot Kit

ELISpot (Enzyme-Linked Immunospot) assays enable detection of cytokine-secreting cells at the single-cell level, providing a more sensitive measure of immune activation than bulk ELISA. IFN-gamma is a hallmark Th1 cytokine secreted by activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, NK cells, and macrophages, making this Murine IFN-gamma ELISpot Kit useful for tracking antigen-specific T cell responses in mouse models of infection, autoimmunity, tumor immunology, and vaccine development.

The Assay Genie format uses pre-coated plates with anti-IFN-gamma capture antibody, paired with biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-conjugated enzyme. Following cell incubation and substrate development, each cytokine-secreting cell appears as a discrete spot that can be enumerated with an automated spot reader.

Store the kit refrigerated at 4 degrees C; the coated plate should remain sealed with desiccant until use. This kit is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic procedures.
