Murine GM-CSF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

Designed for the detection of GM-CSF in mouse samples, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is developed with the pharmaceutical and biotech research sectors in mind. The assay uses a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein to deliver specific and sensitive analyte detection in serum and cell culture supernatant. All reagents are validated according to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems.

The kit recognises both natural and recombinant murine GM-CSF and shows no cross reactivity with other murine cytokines tested. Standards are calibrated to NIBSC, and pre-coated plates combined with a fast protocol support efficient target validation and analysis.

Quantitative performance is defined by an assay range of 15.6 pg/ml - 500 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 9 pg/ml, with an incubation time of 3h45 and a sample size of 100 µl. The kit includes pre-coated strip plates, biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls (where applicable), buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents and a detailed procedure.
