mTOR (Phospho-Ser2448)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based phospho ELISA kit is designed for the qualitative measurement of mTOR phosphorylation at Ser2448 directly in cultured cells. The assay is lysate-free and uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies are detected with dye-conjugated secondary antibodies for fluorometric readout, making it suitable for high-throughput screening of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, and activators on mTOR phosphorylation.

Two normalization strategies are recommended.
