Mouse Zinc transporter 3 (Slc30a3) ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 40.8 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 8.4%. Linearity has been evaluated at serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (106-118%, 105-115%, 96-107%, 102-111%), EDTA plasma (102-112%, 103-113%, 105-114%, 102-112%) and heparin plasma (97-107%, 98-107%, 96-106%, 89-97%). Recovery is reported as 89% (range 83-95%) for serum and 91% (range 85-97%) for plasma. The target is also known as Solute carrier family 30 member 3, ZnT-3 and Znt3, and is involved in the accumulation of zinc in synaptic vesicles.
