Mouse Zinc finger matrin-type protein 3 (Zmat3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of mouse Zinc finger matrin-type protein 3 (Zmat3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay delivers a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.085 ng/mL, supporting reliable and reproducible quantification of Zmat3 in research samples.

Specificity is directed at natural and recombinant mouse Zmat3, and the kit is intended for research use only. The target protein is also referred to as Wild-type p53-induced gene 1 protein, Zinc finger protein WIG-1, p53-activated gene 608 protein, Pag608 and Wig1. ZMAT3 functions as a bona fide target gene of p53/TP53, may play a role in the TP53-dependent growth regulatory pathway, and may contribute to TP53-mediated apoptosis by regulating TP53 expression and translocation to the nucleus and nucleolus. The protein interacts with dsRNA, localises to the nucleus and nucleolus, and is relevant to cancer research.

Supplied components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample diluent, assay diluents A and B, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealer. Additional equipment required but not provided comprises a microplate reader with a 450 nm filter, multichannel pipette, pipette, microcentrifuge tubes, disposable pipette tips, incubator, deionized or distilled water, absorbent paper and a buffer reservoir.
