Mouse Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 2 (Zeb2) ELISA Kit

ZEB2, also known by synonyms including Smad-interacting protein 1, SIP1, ZFHX1B and ZFX1B, is a C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor localised to the nucleus. It functions as a transcriptional inhibitor by binding the DNA sequence 5'-CACCT-3' in different promoters and repressing transcription of E-cadherin. The protein plays a key role in regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and is implicated in developmental processes, tumour progression and metastasis.
