Mouse Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (Zeb1) ELISA Kit

According to the manufacturer, the assay has a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.161ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. Recovery averages 83% (range 80-89%) in serum and 85% (range 80-91%) in plasma. Linearity has been validated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.

Zeb1 acts as a transcriptional repressor that binds to E-box sequences, represses the E-cadherin promoter and induces an epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition by recruiting SMARCA4/BRG1. The protein localizes to the nucleus and is associated with UniProt accession Q64318. The kit is for research use only.
