Mouse Zbtb3/Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 3 ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse Zbtb3 ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) for quantifying ZBTB3 (Zinc Finger and BTB Domain Containing Protein 3) in mouse samples. It uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is intended for research in epigenetics and nuclear signalling, supporting studies where ZBTB3 is implicated in gene regulation, cancer and neurodegenerative disease.

Sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with an assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Storage is 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity has been validated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum 89–104%, 92–101%, 80–95%; EDTA plasma 85–93%, 85–98%, 80–95%; heparin plasma 87–104%, 84–99%, 84–96%. Recovery averages are 94% (serum), 93% (EDTA plasma) and 91% (heparin plasma), with corresponding ranges of 86–103%, 85–99% and 85–102%. The assay workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
