Mouse ZAG/AZGP1 ELISA Kit

An ELISA kit from Assay Genie quantifies mouse Zinc-alpha-2-glycoprotein (ZAG), also known as AZGP1, in research specimens. ZAG/AZGP1 is a secreted adipokine of approximately 41 kDa studied for its role in lipid mobilization, cancer-associated cachexia, and metabolic regulation in murine models of obesity and diabetes. This in vitro platform supports preclinical investigation of circulating AZGP1 levels across treatment cohorts, enabling researchers to track cachexia progression, characterize adipokine signatures, and evaluate AZGP1 as a candidate biomarker in tumor biology pipelines.
