Mouse XCL1/Lymphotactin ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse XCL1, also known as Lymphotactin, a chemokine that attracts T cells to sites of inflammation and promotes the migration and activation of immune cells in mouse models.

The double-antibody sandwich format provides a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with reactivity confirmed for mouse. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity spans 86–104% for serum, 83–99% for EDTA plasma, and 80–100% for heparin plasma across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges from 85–105% across these same matrices.
