Wnt6 is a key signaling molecule involved in embryonic development, tissue regeneration, and stem cell maintenance, and its dysregulation has been implicated in multiple diseases, making it a valuable target for studying disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions. Reported linearity spans 90–100% (1:2), 99–104% (1:4) and 82–101% (1:8) for serum, 85–99%, 82–100% and 91–102% for EDTA plasma, and 88–100%, 84–96% and 87–105% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges were 85–102% for serum (average 94%), 87–101% for EDTA plasma (average 95%) and 88–103% for heparin plasma (average 93%).
