Mouse WNT5A ELISA Kit

The Mouse WNT5A ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) designed specifically for the detection of Wnt5A levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Wnt5A is a key protein in the Wnt signaling pathway, playing a critical role in cell migration, differentiation, and tissue development, and its dysregulation has been associated with cancer, inflammatory disorders, and developmental abnormalities.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method with a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Storage is at 2–8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) is 87–105%, 86–105%, and 86–105% at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions respectively; for EDTA plasma (n=5) it is 82–101%, 82–100%, and 82–95%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) it is 80–96%, 80–100%, and 82–96%. Recovery ranges are 86–101% (average 95%) for serum, 88–97% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma, and 92–101% (average 96%) for heparin plasma.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and measurement of absorbance at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. The kit is intended for research use in studying Wnt5A biology and its implications in health and disease.
