Mouse WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 1 (Wisp1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the measurement of mouse WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 1 (WISP1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It detects natural and recombinant mouse WISP1 and is for research use only.

WISP1 is a downstream regulator in the Wnt/Frizzled-signaling pathway and is associated with cell survival. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in cancer, fibrosis, and inflammatory disorders. The protein is also known as CCN family member 4, ELM-1, WISP-1, Ccn4, and Elm1, and is a secreted member of the CCN family. The kit is targeted to cancer research applications.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.86pg/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. The assay is reactive with mouse samples.
