Mouse WISP2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Wnt-1 Inducible Signaling Pathway Protein 2 (WISP2) in mouse samples. The double-antibody assay uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The workflow proceeds through reagent and TMB equilibration, primary incubation of standards and samples at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution. Linearity has been validated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 in serum (85–101% / 92–99% / 89–105%), EDTA plasma (92–99% / 90–101% / 83–100%) and heparin plasma (83–96% / 83–99% / 84–100%). Recovery in the same matrices averages 93%, 94% and 96% respectively. WISP2 is a member of the CCN family (synonyms include Ccn5, Ctgfl, CTGF-L and CCN family member 5) and participates in the Wnt signalling pathway, with dysregulation implicated in cancer, diabetes and obesity.
