Mouse WISP-1/CCN4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of WISP-1 (CCN4) in mouse samples. The assay uses a double-antibody format and is intended for research applications, with the target protein linked to cell signaling and processes including cell growth, differentiation, and tissue repair. Abnormal WISP-1 (CCN4) levels have been associated with conditions such as fibrosis, inflammation, and cancer, making it a useful biomarker for disease research and therapeutic studies.

The kit detects mouse WISP-1 (CCN4) with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Recovery values average 94% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma. The assay is read colorimetrically at 450 nm after TMB substrate development, and kit components are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
