Mouse Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein homolog (Was) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of mouse Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome Protein Homolog (WAS) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse WAS protein. It offers a measurement range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15pg/mL.

WAS is a cytoplasmic protein that localizes to the cytoskeleton and acts as an effector for Rho-type GTPases, regulating actin filament reorganization via the Arp2/3 complex and supporting efficient actin polymerization. It has been described as a possible regulator of lymphocyte and platelet function, with a reported molecular weight of 54,192 Da.
