Mouse VSIG4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1566)

The VSIG4 (V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing 4) protein, also known as complement receptor of the immunoglobulin superfamily (CRIg), is an innate immune regulator expressed on tissue-resident macrophages where it binds complement fragments C3b and iC3b. This PharmaGenie-format ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of mouse VSIG4 in cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum specimens, with reagents supplied for 96 individual determinations in a microplate-based workflow. Applications include immunology, inflammation, and tumor-microenvironment research in murine model systems. Components are shipped refrigerated; store the kit at 4°C upon arrival, allow reagents to equilibrate to room temperature before use, and limit freeze-thaw cycles of the reconstituted standard.
