Mouse Vitamin K epoxide reductase complex subunit 1 (Vkorc1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Vitamin K epoxide reductase complex subunit 1 (Vkorc1), a catalytic subunit of the vitamin K epoxide reductase complex (UniProt Q9CRC0) localised to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. The assay is intended for research use only and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, specifically detecting natural and recombinant mouse Vkorc1.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the kit provides a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.171ng/mL. Precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.5% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linear dilution has been demonstrated in serum (108-118%, 105-114%, 107-116%, 101-110% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions), EDTA plasma (101-110%, 99-108%, 108-118%, 110-120% at the same dilutions) and heparin plasma (91-99%, 94-103%, 102-111%, 93-103% at the same dilutions). Recovery averages 103% in serum (range 97-109%) and 105% in plasma (range 99-111%).
