Mouse Vitamin K-dependent protein Z (Proz) ELISA Kit

The target protein is secreted (UniProt Q9CQW3) with a molecular weight of 44,304 Da. According to UniProt, it appears to assist hemostasis by binding thrombin and promoting its association with phospholipid vesicles, and inhibits activity of the coagulation protease factor Xa in the presence of SERPINA10, calcium and phospholipids.
