Mouse Vitamin A (VA) ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the measurement of Vitamin A (VA) in mouse samples. Detection is by colorimetric readout at 450 nm using the supplied substrate and stop solution, and the assay is supplied as a complete kit with all buffers, detection reagents and plate sealers required to run the protocol.

The kit is validated for serum and plasma, with sample preparation guidance also provided for tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and breast milk. The standard range is 0.156–10 ng/mL. The product is intended for research use only.

Components include a dismountable microplate stored at -20°C, lyophilized standard at -20°C, sample diluent, assay diluents A and B at -20°C, detection reagents A and B at -20°C, wash buffer at 4°C, substrate at 4°C, stop solution at 4°C and plate sealers. Final OD measurement is taken at 450 nm on a microplate reader.
